Update 2/2/14

"There is no sport as boring as basketball"

Kuroko no Basuke newest chapter was fucking awesome. Go read it. Now. I love this manga and anime.

Also a very happy to Tetsuya Kuroko on Friday January 31st. Crunchyroll was spreading the love.

So you guys remember my top 10 lists? Well I found an old set of lists. I forgot about it and clearly a lot has changed since I originally wrote it. I took top fives from the five anime I had watched/manga I had read.
- D. Gray-Man
- Bleach
- Fullmetal Alchemist (not Brotherhood but definitely the manga)
- Death Note
- Vampire Knight

Yeah it's kinda old. Vampire Knight was my first "new" anime I saw back in 2011 followed (in order) by D. Gray-Man, Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, and Death Note (I finished Death Note WAY before I finished Bleach). The things I talk about are:
- Top 5 Main Characters
- Top 5 Supporting Characters
- Top 5 Alternative Supporting Characters
- Top 5 Villains
- Top 5 Alternative Villains
- Top 5 Henchmen

By the time I wrote this I had completed the anime and the manga (though I was still working on Bleach's manga), so I would venture a guess at it being written in the end of 2012. I literally missed the official end by nearly a year. *sigh* A lot of my Fullmetal Alchemist was inspired by the manga (as I had put off watching Brotherhood on Netflix until I finished the original thinking it was a sequel and then Netflix took it off, luckily I got to watch it on Toonami and HuluPlus so I wasn't too concerned), same with D. Gray-Man (which had one of it's best arcs not even appear in the anime) and Vampire Knight (in which the anime omitted the kiss between Zero and Yuki, plus Kaname is a more lovable character in the anime than the manga). Bleach and Death Note followed along with the manga enough that I feel the same either way.

Ha, ha. Anyway...here are those lists:

Top 5 Anime:
1) D. Gray-Man

2) Bleach

3) Fullmetal Alchemist

4) Vampire Knight

5) Death Note

Top 5 Main Characters:
1) Allen Walker

2) Ichigo Kurosaki

3) Zero Kiryu

4) Edward Elric

5) Light Yagami

Top 5 Supporting Characters:
1) Lavi

2) L Lawliett

3) Ling Yao (can I just point out he would be higher if I had seen Brotherhood before making this. Reason: Todd-fucking-Haberkorn...pardon my language).

4) Senri Shiki (if you saw my Instagram you should have seen this one coming.)

5) Rukia Kuchiki

Top 5 Alternative Supporting Characters:
1) Toshiro Hitsugaya

2) Roy Mustang

3) Yu Kanda

4) Hanabusa Aido

5) Near

Top 5 Villains:
1) Tyki Mikk (I mean come on! The Noah's Ark arc?? Who doesn't think he is a bad ass??)

2) Sosuke Aizen

3) Greed (Again if I had seen Brotherhood he might beat out fucking Aizen)

4) Light Yagami

5) Rido Kuran

Top 5 Alternative Villains:
1) Zanpakuto (this is purely anime, I mean that Zanpakuto arc? Was I the only one who thought it was kind of cool despite the fact that it subtracted from the actual story line?)

2) Road Kamelot (if you question this, I have one word for you: Candles)

3) Kaname Kuran

4) Pride (I mean Selim Bradley not the pussy King Bradley, I mean seriously? What Homunculus goes down like that? He was the fault of his own demise.)

5) Ryuk

Top 5 Henchmen:
1) Gin Ichimaru (if Aizen wasn't so badass as a villain, Gin might have been up there)

2) Lero

3) Ichiru Kiryu

4) Barry the Chopper (again, more emphasis from the manga went into this decision)

5) Misa Amane (despite being annoying she really did play a huge role in Light getting as far as he did)

So what did you think? Interesting huh. Well fear not! I have one more list I found. I don't remember when I wrote it, but I thought I would share it with you. Damn, this really is sharing time isn't it. That is going to be the theme I suppose.

Okay, you caught me. Technically it was a video I put together but TECHNICALLY it is a list I wrote. *snotty* Just kidding. Here we go:

Top 10 Non-Mainstream Anime: *stop*

As I was sick over the past week with one hell of a bad cold, (If you follow me on Instagram or Tumblr you saw all my Herbal tea that I was drinking for my sore throat from coughing) I got the chance to watch a ton of anime. Here is a quick review of what I have been watching and what I continue watching INCLUDING 2014 streaming anime. ;) Finally up with the times. OH before I get into that. Guess what I finished?? If you follow me on Twitter you should know the answer, but guys, I finally finished Naruto! That means no more catching up on Naruto so I can just patiently wait with the rest of you for the weekly Shippuden updates. So clearly Crunchyroll is my best friend recently. When I was sick I laid in bed binge watching anime.

I am always on the lookout for new shows to watch. My list of show I have seen is long and ever growing. I have three years of anime under my belt. MAR told me that I am no longer a newbie but I totally feel like I am.

Not to mention my day is always made when this happens.

She is a really nice person. I got to talk to her and Todd Haberkorn on the phone last summer. My best friend was at the anime convention in Minnesota (where I live) and she gave them her phone to talk to me. Todd mostly talked to me, but Monica was super sweet and discouraged goofy shit that Todd was trying to convince me to do. His voice is HOT btw. *faints* Oh Lord...

Okay. I should end this before I do something strange. LOL. So guys please tell me what anime you think I should be watching.

Adios.
xx Kat =^.^=

Here you go, one last thing: Not everyone is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes and I clearly was just overly excited while I was writing this.
